i was not able to find the free product on this link. when i clicked on the product page, it asks for $9.95. however, at the bottom it offers the free product link, but takes me to a page that does not have the videos on it. maybe this needs to be updated!

The page which you’re referring to starts off with “Below are all the videos for the entire course. You can download them to your computer so you can view them at your leisure” and below that paragraph is a big blue “Download” link.
This video series gets several downloads everyday without issue. Instead of automatically rating this poorly, it sure would have been nice for you to contact my help desk so I could help you out.
Having said that, thanks for creating the opportunity for me to improve that download page with something a bit more obvious than the download link that’s there.
